The Robert David company has been developing know-how for 4 generations, acquired with respect for tradition and innovation. The view of the workshops, allows you to follow the steps of the homemade knives. You can make your knife «LE THIERS®».

We make this know-how available to you by opening our doors to you! With a view of the workshops, a scenography and a film, you can follow the stages in the manufacture of our knives in the traditional way. Accompanied by our master cutlers, you can make your own LE THIERS knife (by appointment). Your knives can be sharpened on site. On-site knife personalization. Groups welcome all week. Mondays to Saturdays: free demonstration on reservation, Sundays on request. Workshop bookings by e-mail and telephone.
