Coutellia is the biggest knife festival in Europe. Every year in Thiers, it brings together professionals and amateurs from France and all over the world. The town of Thiers invites you to “pamparinate” in its medieval streets. It’s the Pamparina in Thiers, a free music festival. A few well-known headliners, around forty groups, hip-hop, soul, folk, chanson, rock and even disco: a joyful eclectic recipe for three unforgettable days of street festival.

The Concerts de Vollore was the first festival to be held in the Puy-de-Dôme in 1978, and takes place every year in July. Since 2013, a group of lovers of quartets and symphonies have been organising classical encounters in Thiers. The association Les Rencontres Arioso brings together people with a passion for classical music. Keen to add a different touch to Thiers’ cultural landscape, it has since established itself as an essential part of the summer programme.

More than 40 Sites remarquables du goût (Sites of outstanding taste) are coming together in Billom in a producers’ village to showcase emblematic products and exceptional terroirs. Organised by the Champs d’ail in Billom, the event brings together producers from remarkable taste sites. 40 exhibitors present sweets from the 4 corners of France. There’s something for everyone to put under the Christmas tree, or to enjoy straight away if you’re too impatient!
