Step through the gates of the Boudes winery and immerse yourself in a unique experience combining nature, tradition and gourmet delights. Guided by Janette, an expert in the ancestral art of sourcellerie, you'll discover the secrets of water and vines, learn to feel the veins of water in the volcanic soil, and explore the vineyard with care and curiosity. Your immersion continues at Chais Sauvat with a tasting of local wines and nibbles, a convivial moment where passion and know-how are shared. In the evening, join us at Vallon d'Armandine, an eco-responsible gîte with vintage charm, where comfort, unique decor and private gardens invite you to relax. Between gourmet meals, restful nights and free walks in the heart of nature, every moment becomes a timeless interlude. Day 1 From 3:00 pm: Initiation to dowsing techniques in the Annie Sauvat vineyard, guided by Janette. 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Wine tasting and nibbles at Chais Sauvat, followed by discussions about the vine and local winegrowing history. 6:30pm: Arrival and discovery of the gîte in the Vallon d'Armandine. Country-style dinner: local charcuterie, autumn vegetable gratin, cheese and dessert. Local drinks extra. Overnight stay: Vallon d'Armandine Day 2 Breakfast at the gîte. 10-11am: Check-out from Vallon d'Armandine gîte. Lunch: Picnic basket provided for a free hike from the gîte, with roadbook and a choice of 1 to 3-hour circuits to discover the surrounding countryside.
