The quiet neighborhood has retained its rural character, with exceptional views over the UNESCO-listed Chaîne des Puys. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied free of charge), bedroom with divisible 160cm bed and single 90cm bed, 1 bedroom with divisible double bed (2 x 80cm), large living/dining room with sofa, bathroom and separate toilet. For relaxation, garden furniture and separate shed, children's play area, secure access, flat and shaded. Private parking, motorcycle shelter. Nearby swimming pool, museums and hiking trails. Electric heating according to consumption (approx. €60 per week in winter). No smoking.
