Come and stay in the MOQUINE gîte, with family or friends, in the GOULAPIE gîtes village (see N.B.). You'll be welcomed all year round, for convivial, festive and relaxing moments. In the heart of the Auvergne, the gîte is located in the Livradois-Forez Park. Discover Sauxillanges and its Cluniac heritage, and Usson, one of France's most beautiful villages. Escape to the vast expanses of the Livradois mountains for some great hiking. Stroll along rivers and lakes... You'll be close to Issoire, with its Romanesque church of St-Austremoine, its narrow streets and its many cultural and sporting activities. Shops and services are in Sauxillanges (4 km). The MOQUINE gîte (46 m2, 1 bedroom and 1 mezzanine), suitable for 2 to 4 people, comprises : Ground floor: 1 living room with kitchenette, dining area, relaxation area with 2 armchairs opening onto a private outdoor terrace with garden furniture. 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190) 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) On the mezzanine : 1 lounge area with 2 armchairs and 1 sofa - trundle beds (as extra bed) Equipped with pellet-fired central heating. Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub. The MOQUINE gîte can communicate with the HEREST gîte (4 rooms for 10 people), which in turn can communicate with the LILOTTE gîte, which can accommodate groups of 12 to 22 people. N.B. The GOULAPIE self-catering village comprises 6 gîtes for 2 to 14 people, which can be rented together or separately for a total of 48 people. It has 2 reception rooms, JEPHOS and MARAME, with professional kitchens.
