The campsite is located in a wooded park along the Eau Mère river, in the Prairies leisure area, with tennis courts, fishing ponds, playground and free-access municipal swimming pool (July and August), ideally situated 10 minutes on foot - 5 minutes by bike - from shops, restaurants and the Sauxillanges market.
The Domaine de l'Eau Mère, entirely reinvented by Sophie and Vincent in 2024, offers 7 accommodations with sanitary facilities and heating (sleeping 34), 11 cabanes insolites (sleeping 34), 1 marabout groupe (sleeping 14) and 49 pitches for tents, camping cars...
Each accommodation comes with new bedding, blankets and pillows, and electricity.
You'll also find the Guinguette Folle Allier bar/snack bar with local produce and small grocery services, with concerts, cinema or theater and art workshops every Thursday evening - during the summer season.
Relaxation and leisure are also on the agenda, with sauna, table tennis, table soccer, wooden furniture, riverside and bicycles available.

Services for hikers :
bare pitches with wooden tables or cabins equipped with beds, mattresses and electrical outlets: 2 cabadiennes and 2 baroudeur tents on stilts and 1 marabout for groups are available for booking by the night.
and of course: microwave corner, washing and drying facilities, picnic basket to take away when ordered the day before.
Services for groups
1 large, dedicated site under magnificent oak trees, with the possibility of renting barnums (for kitchen shelters, for example) and marabouts for overnight stays. Breakfast, meals and packed lunches available to order.
