Our cottage is located near à stream "Le Riolet" with a large fenced and shaded park of more than 2000 m2. We also offer one-day mountain bike outings and/or hikes with picnic accompanied by a state-certified guide. Open from 1/06 to 31/12/2023.

80 kms from Clermont-Ferrand, 80 kms from St-Etienne and 140 kms from Lyon, come and discover our gîte in the commune of Marsac-en-Livradois for your family vacation or long weekend break! The gîte is a detached house comprising : - a large living room (fitted kitchen) on the first floor, - a bedroom for 2 people (bed 160x200) on the 1st floor, - a 3-person bedroom (bed 140x190, bed 90x190) on the 1st floor, - a sofa bed (2 people) on the landing upstairs, - a bathroom equipped with two basins, a bathtub and a walk-in shower on the first floor. The gîte has a toilet on the first floor and a toilet in the bathroom upstairs. Ideal for 4 people, the gîte can also accommodate up to 6/7! Our region offers a wide range of activities: - numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails in the Crètes du Forez and Monts du Livradois, - hiking trails can also be set off from the gîte, - swimming pool, many nearby lakes, - vélorail, panoramic train, mountain bike and electric mountain bike hire, - Prabouré activity park (zip line, via ferrata, France's highest dry slide), - day trips to Clermont Ferrand to discover Vulcania, Puy de Dôme and the Puys chain (Sancy), Michelin Adventure, Thiers cutlery, - canoeing, rafting, canyoning and white-water rafting in the Gorges du Haut Allier. Visits possible 10 kms away: - Musée de la Fourme - Richard de Bas mill - School 1900 The gîte is adjacent to the Chambres d'Hôtes and Table d'Hôtes du Riolet (check out the "le riolet.fr" website!). You'll be able to reserve a table for an evening to discover local products. We can also organize day-long mountain bike outings and/or star hikes with picnics included, thanks to a state-qualified guide. Deposit of €100 on booking, balance before departure.
