Ana'chronique is committed to the ecological transition and wants to be a crossroads for the exchange of knowledge and practices, a springboard to embody what tomorrow will bring. Its 4 guest rooms will give you a change of scenery and the table will invite you to a journey of flavors.

Ana'chronique is an invitation to extricate ourselves from time, from the societal system and its technological alienations, to dare to return to the mere presence of the moment, to our relationship with the elements and the environment, to our feelings, to our impulses... Conceived as a cultural and practical space dedicated to the Living, ana'chronique offers a calendar of lunchtime workshops, theoretical workshops and themed weekends, enabling you to become the craftsman of your own health. Hosted in local homes, our guests benefit from eco-designed accommodation (4 guest rooms equipped with dry toilets), true living spaces where the interior dialogues with the landscape, where the atmosphere is serene and comfort optimal thanks to the choice of noble and healthy materials. In the kitchen, when washing up and cleaning up, "doing things together" is combined without moderation. These are all playgrounds for living together, against a backdrop of connivance, confidences and laughter... And at the table, you'll find seasonal, local and organic produce, with an openness to the cultures of the world, a veritable voyage of flavors.
