In the heart of Olliergues market square, Terroir 63 is a warm and friendly place that celebrates local produce. Fresh, seasonal and creative cuisine with carefully selected drinks, all inspired by the flavours of the Auvergne.
We're delighted to welcome you to Terroir 63, a restaurant and bar with local produce at the heart of our cuisine.
Awarded the Bistrot de Pays label in 2025, our kitchen prepares homemade dishes using the best fresh local produce wherever possible. The menu reflects the seasons, inspired by tradition but contemporary in taste. Sensitive to allergies, intolerances and individual diets, we can adapt our recipes including, with prior notice, gluten-free cakes and vegetarian dishes.
At the bar, you'll find beers, wines and soft drinks from our favorite local producers, as well as favorites from further afield, and of course, excellent coffee.
In addition to the daily-changing menu, you'll find breakfast on the terrace on market days, local charcuterie at the bar and a cosy lounge for sipping Scotch whisky. Terroir 63 is also home to "CheeseSkool", a unique Auvergne cheese tasting experience and the cradle of other culinary adventures.
