The restaurant has been open since June 2020, Monday to Friday lunchtime and Friday evening. Located in downtown Billom, free parking is available. In a modern, uncluttered decor with a "cow" theme, we cook traditional dishes using fresh produce every day. In fine weather, we have a terrace overlooking the Turluron, in a quiet, shady setting, in addition to two bright dining rooms. In the off-season, the pellet stove will warm up even the coldest of guests. Everything is homemade from fresh produce, with meats from France and fries cooked in beef fat. We offer a daily menu (choice of starter, main course, cheese or faisselle and dessert), an à la carte menu and a seasonal menu.
