Description
Florence invites you to share her passion for cooking by sampling traditional dishes made with local produce (a daily menu and Auvergne recipes at weekends).
The new managers, Florence Gé and her husband Stéphane Machala (owners of the Fournia B&B in Les Pradeaux, Stéphane is also a bus driver in the valley) are enthusiastically taking over this local landmark.
For Florence, cooking is a passion and a family affair: her mother was a delicatessen chef, and her son and brother are cooks.
It's with this passion that, after a few refurbishments and refreshments, Florence will be serving up traditional cuisine using local produce every week.
A cosy sitting area by the fireplace is ideal for a gourmet break (charcuterie/cheese platter...).
