A tribute to the craft of cutlery-making—come visit our Conservatory, where you’ll discover the extraordinary richness of our collection, including very old machines and a wide variety of preserved tools.

The tour includes commentary, demonstrations, and videos. In our shop, you can choose from a wide variety of knives, including the one specific to our association, “Le Puy Cervier.” We offer a workshop where you can assemble the “Le Montagnard Thiernois” knife: Adult model: €15 to €21; Children’s model: €14 New: Tour of the blacksmith’s shop
