For more than 200 years, Arbalète G. David cutlery has perpetuated ancestral know-how and innovation.

Throughout the year, come discover what we do: • Take a guided workshop tour: You’ll walk through the workshops and see our various trades up close—assemblers, polishers, blade and spring workers, and more… (open to individuals, families, and groups) • on a self-guided tour: from the shop area, you’ll have a view of our workshops. Air-conditioned building & free parking, Our product line includes folding knives, sommelier knives, table knives, and tableware. We also create one-of-a-kind pieces upon request, using natural or modern materials. Come discover our cutlery collection year-round. Our workshop teams will guide you through the tour and explain how our knives are made. Allow about 15 minutes—or longer for those who are especially curious! Large glass walls will also allow you to watch all the assembly processes. Reservations are required for groups of more than 15 people.
