The doors to this time-honored craft will be open to you at my workshop in Le Monestier. During my introductory workshops, I’ll share with you my daily work with paper, leather, and gilding.

The craft of bookbinding and restoring antique books involves preserving written documents, enhancing them, and passing them on. Come try your hand at bookbinding in our workshop. Choose from half-day, full-day, or up to three-day sessions, depending on your preference. These workshops and courses will give you the opportunity to learn how a book is made, handle a bookbinder’s tools, and discover a fascinating craft. Ages 12 and up. - Half-day: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Full day: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Three days: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For full days: Please plan to have lunch together.
