Description
The Romanesque church of Saint Symphorien du Moûtier, once part of the Cluny order, has stood for over a thousand years. It has been restored and illuminated at night.
Its capitals, its polychromy of red, yellow and gray ochres, its 15th-century Christ on the Cross and the painting of Louis XIII's vow are remarkable. Facing the Orangerie garden and the Logis abbatial, it is a gateway to the Vallée des usines tourist trail.
Open all year round.
