Imagine arriving in Thiers, a town suspended between earth and sky, perched on a rocky spur. Before you, the Chaîne des Puys unfolds majestically, offering breathtaking panoramic views. As you stroll through its medieval streets, you'll be carried away by the magic of the place: half-timbered houses, ancient turrets, craftsmen's stalls... and everywhere, the murmur of metal worked with passion by Thiers cutlers.
Day 1: Immerse yourself in tradition
Guided tour of the Musée de la Coutellerie: demonstrations of knife assembly, old-fashioned grinding, polishing...
Meeting with an artisan cutler: create your own knife (Thiers® model in olive wood, guilloché springs, choice of leather pouch). For children: make a small spreader adapted to their hands.
Free tour of the Cité des Couteliers, where tradition meets contemporary design.
Evening: Charm and conviviality
Your choice of bed & breakfast accommodation: in the heart of the medieval town or in a natural setting high above Thiers.
Dinner at the table d'hôtes: local cuisine, a warm atmosphere and exchanges around the flavors of the Auvergne.
Overnight stay in guest rooms.
Day 2: Nature & memory

Stroll through the Vallée des Rouets: remains of water mills, peaceful paths, enchanting landscapes.
