Description
Discover the Shire Forest as you've never seen it before!
In the company of Eamon, a storyteller from distant lands and ages, enter the canopy of trees to the sound of the story of The Forest of Agate, and set off in search of the forest's soul.
In the company of Eamon, a storyteller from distant lands and ages, walkers are invited to enter the forest to discover its beauty and mysteries. The narration and embodied scenes that make up La Mélodie du Passé will bring to life La Forêt d'Agate and the mythical story of Caïer and the Foresters.
Caïer grew up in the Foresters' village with his best friend Bran. Impetuous and dreamy, he wants more than anything to discover the magic that lurks between the trees and was echoed in the stories of his childhood. Between the whispers of the trees and the glow of the sun's rays, he meets a mysterious young woman who will teach him to see and hear the signs of the forest's magic. But as their love grows, a shadow spreads over the forest kingdom of the Foresters, threatening its destruction.
But the walkers are not mere spectators: as their senses sharpen and open up to the mysteries of the forest, they become actors in the Forestiers' destiny: their choice will seal the fate of the village hidden between the trees.
Through the prism of the epic of Caïer and the Forestiers, the work questions our ability to cohabit with ecosystems whose temporality exceeds the human scale, making this multisensory stroll a quest for meaning, a journey between roots and echoes of the past to perceive, at last, the invisible soul of the forest.
